Vibroflotation Stone Column Project of Changyi oil transportation station in Yanzi pipeline expansion and reconstruction project

The proposed buildings and structures are a 35KV substation, a 200m ~ 3 pressure relief tank foundation, a one storey process equipment area and a one storey oil transfer pump shed, with a total construction area of about 2000 m2. The proposed site is flat and open, with the maximum elevation of 3.91M, the minimum elevation of 2.86m, and the relative surface elevation difference of 1.05M. The landform type belongs to alluvial proluvial plain landform. There are backfill gravel soil on the surface of local area of the site, with the backfill thickness of about 10cm. The surface layer of most areas is plain fill, and under it are silty fine sand, medium sand, silt, medium sand and silty clay.

According to the stratum characteristics and design requirements of the construction area of the project, the vibroflotation pile length of Changyi oil transportation station project of Yanzi pipeline expansion and reconstruction project is 9 meters, the pile diameter is 800 mm, and the pile spacing is 1.6-2.0 meters. The total length is about 10318.5 linear meters. The 130kW vibroflotation device produced by our company is selected as the main construction equipment.
