Characteristics of bottom feed vibroflotation method
a) Realize dry construction
In vibroflotation construction, instead of high-pressure water
flushing, high-pressure air is used to assist the construction
process of hole forming and pile making. This new construction
technology enables the vibroflotation method to reduce the
dependence on water resources and avoid the generation of a large
amount of mud and sewage, which is more conducive to environmental
protection and green and civilized construction.
- Filling material in silt soil
The filling tube and pile making problems of vibroflotation method
in silt and mucky soil have been improved. The filling material is
directly transported to the pile making position by the bypass
pipeline provided by the equipment, and the shrinkage of the sludge
